        Woke to a flood in upstairs bathroom that had water leaking through ceiling into living room. Called PHC within 1 1/2 hours Andrew was there . He assessed the situation explained to us the process instructed us on what we needed to do, He went right to work. He was in constant contact with texts and emails. This was the first time we had a problem like this my anxiety level went way down and my comfort level went way up. Andrew set the baseline pretty high I would definitely call PHC again.

        We had a water pipe burst when we were out of town for a week. PHC was contracted to pack out our entire house and move everything back in, 9 months later. I cant say enough about how great the staff was. Valery and the team did a great job. This was a house packed of things you accumulate over 20 years, raising 3 kids. Safe to say we had a lot of stuff. They were trustworthy, polite, always in good spirits and worked really well as a team. We were obviously in a very stressful situation. Their professionalism helped make a tough situation much more manageable. Would highly recommend.

        My experience thus far with PHC has been very satisfying, informative, respectful and supportive. I have appreciated the time theyve taken to explain the process and possible time frame of the impending work. The restoration work with PHC is coming to a close at my house and Im deeply grateful for each persons contribution and the excellent work that they have done. They were the Best!!! They were skilled and knowledgeable in their individual craft and Id like to acknowledge them here: Andrew, Jeremy, Toby, Tracy, Miranda, Rebecca, Darren, Tina, Raymond and Valerie.
