Ive enjoyed my time here at Campbell Pointe and would highly recommend this place for anyone in the grad programs! Not only is it super conveniently located to the main campus and med campus, but the amenities like the gym and dog park are great! The property manager Kelly is always quick to reply and has been very helpful throughout this past year for us. My roommate and I also love coming home from school and seeing goodie bags at our door for various holidays.

The overall living exercise here is very nice. The staff are amazing and the maintenance guy Dean is really fast with repairs. There are only two things I would really like to change about this complex: 1. There arent a lot of outdoor spaces in this area where people can gather or do work. In this complex, they have a few plastic picnic tables they move around but thats it. They have a lot of wasted, open space with no trees. It would be nice if they could plant more trees and create an outdoor space with grills, a fire pit, chairs, etc. As of now there are no amenities other than the gym, a volleyball court (both of which Campbell University has on campus), and a small dog park. 2. There is only one recycling dumpster for the entire complex. If you want to recycle you have to drive to the bin. The bin says they only accept cardboard. As of 8/2023 Rent for 1 bedroom: $1099/mo. Electric - $50-$75 (Duke Energy) Wifi - $65/month with router rental (Quantum Fiber) Trash - included Water - included Also of note- theres a sidewalk in front of the complex but it doesnt connect to anything. Its difficult to bike or scooter to campus because the road is winding and has no bike lane.

I rarely post reviews but i wanted to go out of my way to write something about Campbell Pointe. This has been, hands down, the best apartment complex (out of 8) I've ever lived in. The management is like a family atmosphere and since even before I moved in, Kelly (main manager) has gone above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind as my moving truck arrived a week late and school had already started, and I knew she didn't have to do that. Every interaction I've had with her and Dean (maintenance) has always felt warm, sincere and light-hearted. They've put in a lot of effort to build a community like atmosphere for everyone renting at Campbell Pointe, like creating "Community Day" events with free food trucks and merch, games, etc. We had hand prepared goodie bags delivered to our doors for every holiday, there was a Cambell Pointe newsletter at one point, etc. Every time I've needed legitimate apartment needs as well (service requests, questions about rent etc) they'd respond and resolve it same day. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this community for 2 years and I will miss my old place (especially the vaulted ceilings, open space, patios, completely sound proof from other needs, etc).. I've spoken with friends who lived in other apartment complthe area and nothing ever compared to the experience you get here. I never knew how an apartment complex could ever feel like anything more than just a business, but Campbell Pointe showed me otherwise. This is the absolute #1 place to rent in Lillington!

Great living experience! moved in after living in a very noisy unpleasant place nearby- it was lifechanging. Quiet community, maintenance lives on site and is quick to respond, very spacious units. Mostly graduate students - no crazy undergraduate type partying. Kelly is amazing and kind. Bonus- this year they started community events hosting local restaurants and a food truck day. Worth the price:)
