        This facility was a huge disappointment in the care of our mother!!! There were times she was soaked through her clothes from not being changed, she rarely received medication or her meals on time. She was in a lot of pain and not having your pain medication on time is not a good way to take care of the people you are supposed to be taking care of. Just because people are elderly and unable to speak for themselves or take care of themselves does not mean they don't deserve great care. There were CNA's touching our mother by pulling on her physically to turn her and not use the under sheet or the (turn pads that my family purchased). It is not necessary to touch a person to turn them but they kept doing it over and over. I filed a grievance while there as well but things did not get better. After we got a diagnoses of a UTI we had her removed and sent to the ER where we found she had other deficiencies they did not check for!!! This place is extremely understaffed!!! There times when 1 nurse took care of the entire floor. She has been MOVED out of this facility and has been placed at a facility that has been providing EXCELLENT CARE!!!
