Doug goes above and beyond in every aspect of the land purchasing process. He was extremely helpful, communicative and knowledgeable about the process and the area. I highly recommend using Moor Real Estate when selling or buying any land or home!

We were referred to Doug Moore by a local housing agent who explained that buying vacant land is a specialty and, in many ways, more complicated than buying a house. With Dougs guidance we selected a handful of properties to see in person. He scheduled visits, provided a UTV to view every corner of the land, took GPS tagged photos, and even drone photos of our favorites. Once we found a property we loved, Doug helped us complete soil and septic studies, arrange land management planning, and monitor the previous owners completion of a key improvement all in addition to the usual closing items. Despite the fact that the property was a 2 hour drive for him, Doug met all of these people onsite. He was easy to reach by phone and text and kept us up to date on any developments. Even after closing, when most agents fade into the shadows, Doug was still a godsend. He performed forestry mulching to clear paths for a detailed survey. Later he provided contacts for pond and wildlife management. To this day he is, bar none, the best agent with whom we have worked.
