I have had great customer service any time I have interacted with the staff of Milton Realty Group and I am grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and accessibility. I know if I have any maintenance concerns, I can put my request in by phone or online and I will receive a timely response. I entered a maintenance request yesterday at 8:00a and there was a service provider at my door before 10:30a. I really appreciate that quick and simple process and resolution.

Well overall Im still not sure about this place. Moving into my home it was nasty and dirty i spent hours cleaning rather then unpacking. waiting for repairs take forever. I wanna give them a chance but they dragging their feet with me and my husband. But theyre nice people i dont pass judgement on them i think theyre a decent company. But i go off of work ethic and how driven you are to help people find their forever home or good rental places. Next time i hope they try to clean the place up before anyone moves in far as renting wise. I do have detailed video of everything before i even moved in. And if youre wondering why i moved in if it was nasty. The power was off so you could barely see what it looked like. After i turned the power on they said on there thing they give you the keys early but then told us we will get it on the day of so just very confused and stressful day. For me and my husband. I like that they have benefits that maybe we can use them to help with our forever home after a year but it definitely wont be a rush process if we chose to use them.

They have a fast turn around for maintenance requests, even if they don't have the parts needed, they make sure to keep you informed and do their best to get you where you need to be.
