        We had a large amount of money fraudulently taken out of our account and were getting nowhere with Truist customer service. Hannah and Magali went above and beyond to help us get our accounts closed, get new accounts opened and work with Truist to get our money returned! I never go in to the local branch and it made me think twice about why its worth the drive to establish relationships with your local branch. Cant say enough good things about these two ladies!! Thank you both!

        This review is only for the redhead that works window mostly. I always love her outfits and think that she is extremely easy on the eyes very helpful and sweet but I sadly don't know her name even though I see her almost every Monday
