Been going to John Heister Chevrolet in Lillington for several years now. Service department is spot on. I wouldnt purchase a vehicle anywhere else now that Im part of the Heister family!

I walked in to John Hiester I was greeted quickly by James Castonguay. He listen to my request, and done what I needed. Soon I was driving away in a 2019 Buick Envision. I have been driving a 2003 vehicle since 2003, so it was time for and upgrade. All the staff was very helpful and super nice and sweet, couldn't ask to be treated any better.

James Castonguay is one of the nicest young men I have met in ages. Everyone was so polite. Before I walked up 2 steps sweet Ashley greeted me. Went through options for me to view and handed me over to James when he came in ON his Day Off. Love the vehicle I chose. GLAD I GOT OFF MY KEiSTER AND WENT TO HIERSTER!!

Buying a vehicle can be an ordeal, especially a used car when you always worry about its condition. The folks at Hiester Chevrolet made it as pleasant as possible! I found the vehicle online and called for an appointment. When I arrived the car had been marked with my name and time of arrival. J.T. met us at the door, answered my questions and told me about their special facility for preparing used vehicles for sale. He was well-informed, and when he didn't know an answer about this (electric car), he said so. I like that. The car was spotlessly clean and there was a comfortable waiting area appreciated by my wife. We worked out a deal we both felt good about. The icing on the cake: J. T. and Warren delivered the vehicle to my home the next morning. This is a good dealership. Recommended.
