Went in with a sinus infection. Listened to my lungs and sent me on my way promising an antibiotic prescription if I didnt feel better in 5 days. Waste of money. Wont be back. Staff was nice though

The staff here is wonderful. Craig, the office manager, is incredibly helpful and so kind. You can tell patient care is top priority here.

The staff was amazing and I was helped very quickly.

Please let their reputation and mass of 5 star reviews speak fot themselves. The few that complain on here seem to be picky. Only one review I found legit and people have to understand, doctors have lives too. They cannot always be at our beck and call. Dr Blanchard does his best to build a solid relationship with his patients and we trust him every time, knowing he's our best option for care. I'd give anything for him to start a PCP office. As for today.....
Even as crappy as I feel they made me laugh and smile. My husband won't see anyone else. Dr Blanchard listens to him and the male nurse up there we love them both to death. Everyone there just makes you feel like they care. Not seeing us as just another job. No one else has been able to help my husband yet except Dr. Blanchard and without him, there's days my husband can't work because his gouts so bad. Dr Blanchard gives it his all with every flare up, every few months it seems. He doesnt judge or make assumptions. Hes great. Love these guys and we tell everyone to go there. They even have been able to do a chest xray on me in the past. Most urgent cares send you to the hospital. There's never a long wait even when crowded. And they have the cleanest rooms and offices. Very warm environment. The one review that recommended novant, clearly did not give pinnacle a fair chance. You never know when someone who works for the competition will leave a bad review. What can I say, it's the only way even massive novant can attempt to keep up with this office. I had been there many times before pinnacle opened. We started doing 4 hr ER waits instead because Novant urgent care was so poor. Thomasville and Lexington locations and we gave them both multiple tries. So again, passing pinnacle up when you need help is a mistake!

.I cant get over how amazing this place is. I feel like they just saved my life today. I love every one of them up there because they treat every patient as if they were family. They don't play around with your health like some of these hospitals seem to. And they will give you their best shot, not just treat you and send you on your way. They even called my husband to check on me after my last visit. Imagine how many people they see a day. Yet they took their time to stop and call to check on me. I'm no one. Just a sick mom and wide trying to get to the bottom of whatever is keeping me sick. I know Dr Blanchard is going to be my answer. All the staff their is amazing. They've treated my husband and have did amazing with my boys...which is tough. Just can't say enough good about them and they deserve the praise. They earned it. like I said before...I have seen many doctors and have many health issues in the past and ongoing... but I've never felt so taken care of and cared for by an in and out urgent care. They would be amazing PCPs.
