Shed's Direct Of Lexington

As much as I would love to say we had a happy ending, we did ultimately have a great experience! Sheds Direct is the ONLY place I could find that had an AMAZING kennel system for our new pup. We believe this poor pup had a very negative experience with being outside and being in a kennel, so I was ecstatic we were actually able to bring him to the kennel system ourselves just to see if he would be courageous enough to get into it on his own. I was sold the minute he relaxed inside and we were able to walk a few feet away from him without a scene. Paperwork was extremely easy and the delivery and payments were all fair and so nice to work with. Unfortunately for us, as soon as we got home, we did learn some terrible news. I called the very next day and told them our situation and they were so understanding and we immediately got our refund. I can't wait to work with these guys again, hopfully when there won't be any more financial surprises waiting for us at home!
