I recently purchased some replacement panels for my daughters carport that recently got damaged from tree limbs. When items arrived on job site I was confused on what I thought I had ordered and what I was looking at. I went to Classic Metal office to discuss what I thought I had received that was all wrong. The patient lady there after hearing me out about it and trying to explain to me it was the right order and go back and cut bands to verify. In walking out of office still not convinced met the owner coming in and I guess he could see I was in a fog. I briefly discussed it with him and he said get into your truck and Ill follow you to job site to see. When we arrived he kindly cut bands off the metal and showed me that what I thought was wrong was really right making me feel foolish. Long story short he didnt have to drive 15 miles to help me out but did, thus showing me his character and the great business he has made with such kindness and understanding for his customers. I would highly recommend Classic Metals in the future for all metal needs.
