        This man told us he could handle the job we had in the time frame we needed. He took half the money up front & failed to perform...He worked approximately 12 hours in a week & didn't meet our expectations. He walked off the job -He repeatedly lied and when asked about a refund acknowleged he owed us money  -told us he would check his books and send us a check - to date we haven't gotten a check. I would never recommend him.
