    I went to Walter's last Thursday (3-21-24) in search of a washing machine. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted by salesperson Brandon. After discussing price range, within less than 5 minutes, he showed me exactly what I asked for and matched my budget. I opted for delivery and it was at the house within the hour. The older guy not only delivered, but also unhooked and removed the old washer and installed the new one for me. 10 out of 10 will definitely return with any future needs.

    Update- It took about two weeks to get a call back to repair the oven. Finally was able to get someone out and it had a bad lower element. They ordered one, and replaced at no cost to me. My original posts still stands that this is a buyer beware location. Im still not happy with the length of time it took to get contacted and repaired, and in all honesty, it should have been seen when they cleaned and inspected prior to putting on the sale floor. BUYER BEWARE!!! Where to start? Oh yeah, DONT SHOP HERE!!! Recently moved to the area and our stove took a dump on us. Stopped into Walter's, found a nice looking stove and purchased it. Told we have a 30 day warranty. Got home, glass top worked fine. The next day tried to use the oven with the follow issues... 1) never would preheat to set temp. 2) hottest it would get was 258 and then drop. 3) Oven thermometer is WAY off. I checked using two of my grilling thermometers and it's off by 50 plus degrees. Called the store that day, but no one there could help, they were delivering and would call back. No call back. Called the next day with no answer each time all day despite being open. Called on the 3rd day, was told he will get a hold of the manager and see what can be done to fix this and someone will get in touch. Today is day eleven with NO RETURN CALLS!! Oh, here's the kicker, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS!?!?! They just sell defective appliances and steal your money!!!

    I purchased a used refrigerator from Walters appliance in August which had a 30day warranty. Got the refrig home and the light inside did not work soI checked it and it wasnt screwed in. When I tightened it in for the light to come on it didnt work and it would short out the temp light for the refrig. I contacted the store and was told there was no repair person or anyone available until the next week and someone would contact me the following Monday. I did not hear back from anyone at Walters by Friday of the following week so I called. I spoke to a young man that was very indignant that someone had said I would be contacted that Monday and wanted to know who told me that of course I did not have her name. I was then transferred to supposedly the manager. After a conversation with him regarding what was going on with the refrigerator, he said he would order a new bulb and chose not to send anyone out to see what was wrong with the refrigerator instead want me to bring it back in. I had paid to have someone bring it to my home so no I wasnt going to pay to have it brought back to them so on August 21 I sent him pictures of the bulb because it is a special order bulb, and I couldnt get it at Lowes, he said he would order it and contact me as soon as it came in. It is now October 23 I havent received a bulb or a call back from Walters if I could give them less than one star I would they have horrible customer service, and the people that , you speak with are not very pleasant. Im just wondering how they stay in business as they do not honor any warranty, or do what they say they are going to do.
