My wife and I are new to the Lexington area. We found Deitz Flooring Desing through a quick search on google. After reading reviews online, we decided to stop at their location and inquire about having carpeting installed in all the bedrooms of our recently purchased townhome. Donnie took the time to explain the different products they offer. My wife and I were both extremely impressed with Donnies product knowledge. Donnie asked several questions and listened carefully to our responses to gain a better understanding of our personal taste and flooring preferences. He helped us navigate the decision making process and provided us with some samples of the materials we were considering so we could see them in our new home. Once the materials were selected, they took measurements in our home and provided us with several different quotes. At that point I was still considering installing some of the flooring myself. In the end, we decided to have Deitz Flooring Design replace all of the flooring in our townhome at once (carpet in all bedrooms and luxury vinyl plank throughout the remainder of the living space). They ordered our materials and scheduled an installation date. They maintained communication with us throughout the entire process. They received and installed the materials as promised on the dates we scheduled. Having many relatives and friends in the trades, I am a bit of a perfectionist and somewhat critical of craftsmanship. If I pay someone for their time and skill, I expect to receive their best work. The finished installation of the flooring exceeded our expectations in every way! This level of service and care are almost none existent in todays market. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and trust your flooring needs to the flooring experts at Deitz Flooring Designs! They are simply the best at what they do!

Donnie and his staff were top notch. Easy to work with and their workmanship was outstanding. From quote to finished product was only 4 days. I'm extremely happy with my floors. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking new floors or an upgrade. You won't be disappointed.

Donnie Deitz was amazing to work with. He gave my wife and I several options of different carpets within our budget and walked us through the whole process. The team who installed the carpet in our basement was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They did great work and finished in a timely manner. I will recommend Deitz Flooring Design to anyone and everyone I know to get the job done right! If you need flooring done, Deitz Flooring Design is the only one to call!

Donnie and his team are fantastic. I had asked for a particular type of flooring but he let me know that they were having problems with this floor due to change in manufacturing location. He ended up recommending something cheaper. Who does that? Also, my new floor was lower than the carpet they took out so the door frames didn't touch it. He had a carpenter come out and do a custom fix. Donnie doesn't just sell you something. He is looking for lifelong customers and he gets them with honesty and quality work.
