Lisa is a truly wonderful realtor. It was a pleasure working with a realtor who clearly wanted me to be happy with my decision and to take my time. I spent one hour at the house and then I went back the next morning for another hour before I was ready to make an offer. Lisa was very accommodating and patient during the process. There were a couple of glitches with the bank and the sellers had a misunderstanding with the contract because they had chosen not to have their own realtor. Lisa handled everything like a true professional, and ensured that it all worked out perfectly and closing was on time. You wont be disappointed having Lisa assist you with whatever your real estate needs are.

Lisa Childress was instrumental in helping us find our home. She was great about answering any questions or concerns we had and she was very accommodating when we wanted to tour a house, whether we wanted to come up from Raleigh and look at one or have her do a video walkthrough for us.
