I've been a customer for 20 years, and they've always been great. They are local and pick up the phone when you call. That makes a huge difference when you have a claim. Just today, they just did some paperwork over the phone, which saved me from a return visit to the DMV, which probably saved me from hours of waiting (thank you, Tiffany!).

I transferred my auto insurance policies to this office when we moved to Lenoir in 2003. I have always received great service. They have always taken the time to explain all aspects of my auto and homeowner policies. Beth and Tiffany are the best!!!!!!!!!!!

For almost two years now I have been working directly with Brittany of CRIG, and I have never had any experiences with an insurance group (or any other professional group, really) quite like I have had working with her and this agency. Attentiveness, personableness, promptness, courteousness, efficiency, .... I am blown away each time I message with any inquiry or issue or change I need addressed. She is incredibly professional while keeping a true sense of personality and humanness that I feel as though we have become friends simply through our correspondences about my insurance over these years.
