Two stars because Megan and Carol were amazing, but Justin was not. Very disrespectful and condescending when you call in to resolve and issue with your account. Wouldnt let me finish a sentence before interrupting me. Kept interrupting me. And when I finally stepped up and said Im not done talking, he hangs up the phone and refuses to answer. Instead Tucker answered the phone and didnt want to transfer me to a supervisor at first. Megan was able to answer all of my questions, and I appreciate and commend her for that. Seems like Justin needs to find a new place of work if he cant handle solving basic account issues.

Normally a fantastic in person experience and never had any issues at all with this branch or any other branch for that matter until recently. A change was made to my account, not by my request, and instead of investing time to research the matter and ask some standard questions, was immediately led to believe that this was my fault and that in the future I need to notify them of any changes I plan on doing. I stated I didn't request the change and was told if I changed jobs it would do that, I didn't do that either been with the same company for several years to which the agent still didn't believe me but still insisted on being confrontational in her customer service voice, kudos on that by the way. I truly hope this hasn't become the new standard for members who move out of the area especially disabled veterans and others who has medical issues because according to these reviews, that looks like it's becoming a trend.

I received settlement check for surviving stage iv lymphoma, so I called the 24/7 customer service line to verify I could do a mobile deposit as I live in Tennessee now. They say sure no problem the branch will just need a day or so to verify the check and itll be right in there. This was Saturday. I had missed call from a 336 number, not my local branch office here, and my deposit was reversed, so I call. Well weve never seen a check from that account before and wed have to put a hold on it Is this not standard procedure for all banks??? Its within mobile deposit limits and from a very verifiable, well-known source, all they had to do was their normal job and follow the standard procedure every other bank in the world follows and I wouldnt be stuck in another time zone with a check that I now have to wait up to 90 days to have to re-cut to be able to deposit locally and they seriously thought a little temporary hold was a big deal?!? If I hadnt done my due diligence and called in beforehand I could maybe understand but it was explained to me beforehand that I would have no issues. I tried to invest my money back home but I guess theyd rather not have it, Im cashing out and going elsewhere.
