        I agree with all the others, don't take your vechile here if you expect it back within a month or 6 weeks. The dates and reason will change. No communication if you don't call. Seem to use the same excuse, when necessary. Second time using them after, been given the running the first time. Thought this time would be different but worse. Don't like downing anyone's business but they don't seem to mind the service they provide. Opinion based on facts.

        Dropped a truck off October 6th with an appointment set for November 15th. Made multiple calls to check on progress and was told each time that I called they had 1 in front of me. Picked up truck on January 3rd with no work done and ZERO communication from body shop without me calling. As a business owner myself, its sad to see other businesses operate like this.

      Sorry for the negative review. We have communicated with your father multiple times. We do mostly insurance work/ collision repair and unfortunately this was a frame issue that we were trying to get worked in. We were honest about being extremely busy and behind, but we tried to get it worked in but just was not able. I hope you can find a body shop in the area that can get it worked in and pulled.
