        Wonderful experience! We came in from Texas and were returning our Uhaul here and decided to also get a storage. The process was painless and we enjoyed our experience. We are so happy we decided to store our things in this secure location.

        I used a U-Haul to move to Leland and returned my truck to this location. The team member who works here was excellent. He helped me with a truck that wasn't hooked up correctly, offered me cold water and let me wait until the USAA roadside arrived to help with my car which was towed behind the truck. I will definitely use this storage facility when I bring the rest of my things from WNC and I will rent trucks from them in the future.
