        Chris at Connected Home is a knowledgable professional in a field that is very complicated. I had a system in 3 homes that Chris didn't install, but it didn't stop him from engaging and agreeing to help. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and come up with an approach only with my description over the phone. Even better, Chris was able to send a tech out the next day! His staff is just as knowledgable and I was up and running in short order. You get what you pay for, and with Chris and Connected Home, it was worth it. He'll be the first person I call next time I have Home A/V needs.

        Connected Home installed LED lights under the shelves of my bookcases on each side of the fireplace. Always thought it was something that had to be done while I was building the house, but I was wrong. Connected Home (Chris) spent the time to give me options on installing the lights, and together we came up with a plan. The installers (Chris and Dave) showed up at the schedule time, were considerate to taking their shoes off (I told them to keep on), were personable, and explained what they were going to do. They surprised me with their outstanding work! WOW! They looked better than I had expected. Chris and Dave did a great job! The guys were very professional and left the work area clean. I've recruited them for future work. Pleasantly pleased! Highly recommend for their professionalism and superior quality work! Everyone I have dealt with at Connected Home have been great to work with! They do much more than TVs and sound systems! My next project are lighted vanity mirrors.

        Connected Home is fantastic!! Chris Hudson, the owner, and all his people in the field are extremely knowledgeable and genuinely nice people. When ever they come to my home they fix what needs to be fixed and go out of their way to make sure youre happy! I highly recommend Connected Home!!
