Hawthorne at Leland

I’ve recently moved into the Hawthorne at Leland . The whole move in process was easy and stress free. The office even provided a welcome bag for me and the dog 🐶. The whole staff has been warm and welcoming and eager to help in anyway they can. I have to say Brady has been amazing and gone above and beyond to make sure everything was going smoothly and followed up to see if everything was going well. The apartment complex is very well maintained and looks gorgeous . I’m looking forward to using all the great amenities .

Extremely courteous and professional staff for both the maintenance and office teams. If you get a chance to talk to Brady in the front office he’s sure to make your day. Have been living here for a year and have no complaints!

We are rarely bothered by management, after living in an apartment complex that for some reason needed to come into the apartment at least once a month this is so refreshing On the other hand if you ever have an issue they are quick to help and solve it! I really love living here I love the privacy the minimal noise the amenities and just about everything about it The only negative thing would be that you don’t have your own parking spot so if you get to the apartment too late you might not be parked very close to your apartment.

Hawthorne at Leland won my heart from the very beginning. From the inviting staff to the awesome amenities that catered to my fur baby, I was very pleased with the community. I recently lost my newlywed husband in a tragic motorcycle accident and the entire staff was great. They went out of their way to make sure our family didn’t need anything. They even went out of their way to send us a card. That’s just the simple things they did to win me over. If there is a maintenance request, no matter how big ir small, they are speedy in getting the issue resolved. If you are looking for a great apartment community, then Hawthorne at Leland is where you need to be. Ask for Autumn. She’s a sweetheart and pretty awesome. The whole staff is great, actually! #lovemycommunity ♥️
