I have lived here a little over a year and half. The staff is amazing! They know who you are, very friendly and helpful. Love the coffee, love that they always host events, fun activities and chances to win prizes. If I have felt I had an issue they listen and take action.

The staff is never prompted to help I have lived there a year and the atmosphere is so draining no one ever picks up after their animals trash everywhere. Landscaping is a joke. I have witnessed a lot of drugs being smoked outside and cigarette butts every where. Also people are very loud at night to where you cant sleep! All in all I would never recommend this place to live !!

Those maintenance men are amazing. Brian works very hard. Does a great job at everything..jorge is another one that comes to your rescue also. Great job guys keep up the good work.

Gabby is the best! My roomate and I have absolutely loved working with her over the last few days! She is really one of the sweetest people Ive meet!! She gives very quick responses and is on top of everything. We were supposed to move in the first of September. We decided we wanted to move In Friday and she has gotten every together and ready for us!! Harrington is really the best place to be and if you need help or any information see Gabby!! She will get you everything you need to know
