Poor business practices

First off, I would like to say the delivery driver was very nice and respectful of the specific location of the dumpster that we requested and we are very thankful for that. As for the customer service I would give them zero stars. I had called to inquire about prices of a dumpster for a remodel we were doing. I was told that it would be $350 dollars to rent the dumpster and we were allowed to keep it until we were finished. The only additional fees we'd be responsible for was if the weight was over 1 ton. Thinking this sounded too good to be true, I verified at least 4 different times that that was the only charge and we would be able to keep the dumpster for as long as we wanted and was told that was correct. Flash forward a month later and we get a $125 charge on our card. I call to inquire and spoke to Jessica (whom I was told was the manager). I told her that I was never told about the additional daily charge after a month. Her response was "I know for a fact my employee told you about daily charge and that she was sorry." I told her if we would have known we would have not kept the dumpster as long and would like to have it picked up ASAP. Dumpster gets picked up and with no call or anything we get another charge. I call again to inquire and it was for being over 1 ton (which were fine with) but there was a "fuel fee" we were not told about. After trying to voice my concerns I was hung up on. If you want terrible customer service and hidden fees for things they don't tell you about upfront this is the company for you. Sorry but I will never use nor recommend this company for any future jobs. Very disappointed. Service: Dumpster rental

0 STARS!!!! This company is the WORST!!!! Chris one of the partners provided the most terrible customer service I have ever witnessed. They removed a container 2 days early and told us we were just out of luck with nowhere to put the debris we had. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
