Great experience! Jessica was great at quick responses, was on time to the home, was thorough and speedy with her inspection, was very fast with appraisal turn around and more. There was a hiccup (on my end) where I had to request a refund before receiving the appraisal. It was no questions asked and she returned my payment immediately. Turns out, I was still able to use her for my home appraisal and when I sent the funds to her again, we picked up where we left off with hardly any time lost. She almost made this too easy for me. It was a very fair spot-on appraisal. I researched the comps and I am no expert appraiser but my thoughts were about exactly the same as the lady who appraised it. Right now everyone is getting their house appraised because interest rates are historically low so be patient. This appraiser did a fair and accurate job!

Jessica was very professional, and answered all of my questions effortlessly. The results of her appraisal were very beneficial for my knowledge, as well as the mortgage company with which I was working. I highly recommend Asheville Appraisals, and will be using their services again in the future.

Awful experience, she showed up 40 minutes late without a call or notice that she was going to be late. Took 10 minutes to cover a 2500 sq ft house and left. Then chose to use comps that were nearly a year old rather than several comps that had been sold more recently and with more similar square footage. Would definitely not recommend for anyone to use.
