        Due to a meltdown at Yahoo Small Business and PayPal, we were unable to process sales at our online store. After 37 unsuccessful attempts to correct the problem over two weeks through Yahoo and PayPal, I contacted Randy at Joe Info. He worked diligently over three days and came up with a solution and we are back in business. Not only were his charges for his services much lower than I anticipated, he was an absolutely a delight to work with. Excellent service, a positive outcome and a fair price.
