Mr Hurwitz was our closing attorney for a property we purchased in Lake Lure.  He is very meticulous and highly professional.  I've been a real estate investor for over 25 years with over 20 properties from Kansas to Florida and Mr Hurwitz was one of the best real estate attorneys we've had the pleasure of doing business.  I wouldn't hesitate to use his services in the future.

I highly recommend, Mr. Hurwitz and his team; they offer excellent service and an availability that cannot be matched. I had an urgent need for his expertise, and even though it was New Year's Eve, he was able to meet and quickly address the issue at hand. My experience with attorneys left me with little hope that I would be able to get an appointment and be seen quickly, but Mr. Joseph Hurwitz was up to the task. Moreover, he and his office took excellent care to ensure to social distance and appropriate masking were maintained. Factor in that it was a holiday, and I can easily say that my expectations were blown away. I don't often have real estate, power of attorney, estate administration, wills/trusts, or public notary needs, but next time I do, I know where I'll go.
