        Dont expect to be treated with dignity and respect by upper management if you are a driver. You will be discarded like a piece of trash. I drove for TWT for 7.5 years and stood up to the status quo. Terminal managers sleeping with their drivers appears to be ok with upper management. Good drivers have quit because of a poorly managed terminal. Look elsewhere for a much better paying truck driving job. Stay away from the Columbia/Gaston terminal at a minimum.
