Just wanted to update my review as if March 2024. Still the same reoccurring issues with smoking all around the building and in front of our door. Still ongoing issues with others trashing the property. Company refuses to do anything or respond about how to move forward. They only offered for me to move units or pay out my lease , which does not solve the issue of having a clean safe environment. They just want more money and just raised the rent and offer for me to pay more to move. Absolutely horrible environment to live in. I have multiple videos and photos but it would only allow me to post 2. We have lived here for almost 4 years. The environment keeps getting worse. This is human hair someone decided to leave on our door. We have also had human void, snakes, mice, trash, cigarettes, pot & clothes all over our breezeway. Trash is throw from the balcony and littered all over. The office keeps sending out warnings but does not do anything about the quality of life here. Nothing changes. Also glass keeps getting thrown in our pools and human feces. Numerous calls and emails and no one calls you back. When they do they say we never received that and act like your being outrageous for being upset . Wanted to edit the review 4 months later and say still an issue with groundskeeping. Picture below . Crockpot with old food has been there for a week.

Having ten years in this business I understand the difficulties of their job! I appreciate Tifani taking time out of her day to address some concerns I have with the community. Lee and team did a good job last week taking care of some maintenance issues I had and I know being type A Im not always easy to deal with at times. With my experience and expectations in this business I understand how the ends and outs of daily issues at a property can cause residents to get upset with staff but I will say that as a whole the staff tries to address issues within the rules and regulations of fair housing. So, Im grateful to have a staff working here that tries to do the right thing within the regulations of fair housing. Thanks again to Tifani for speaking with me this afternoon and getting me calm about things. Bruce

This place has been a dump since Will and Dora left. Since Greystar ran it. I lived there for five years and moved back for two more years. First the pandemic the management never kept the tenants notified about anything. I had mice and the sewage backed up into my bedroom. I moved into the apartment next door, the floors were all scratched up and I said to the manager then something about it and she said I would have to move everything out. I was lucky that I took pictures because the new manager told me he was charging me because they took the records with them. I also called the previous management and they gave me the paperwork. My rent went from 1220 to the 1500. The same day put two apartments up for 1400. I am pretty sure the manager didnt like me because I had a parking spot that he had to give me by my apartment because I am disabled. I was forced to move. I never bothered anyone except when I had mice!! This was from the new owners or management. I lived there almost 8 years and when I moved back I was received with open arms. He charged me more than he advertised new tenants. I never bothered him. The only reason could be the handicapped spot that by law Im entitled to by my house. One that belongs to me. The other one was always taken by someone who wasnt handicapped. I told them to look up the law when I signed my last lease and they saw I was right. People who rent apartments should know the disability laws.
