        No refrigerator and no stove this is 2022 who rents out an apartment unit with no refrigerator and no stove. Also rent plus security plus security. Now keep in mind some of these houses was built in 1920 so let's me explain it to you you are dealing with houses that's between 80 and 100 years. So there's no walk-in closets no Central air, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal you don't even get a sealing fan but they treat you like you're a New Yorker and they want you to pay rent plus two security. Run and don't look back. Plus they are very racists if they can tell that you're black on the phone they have all these stipulations about your credit and your criminal and your background check and you might as well say they want you to give blood. Please by any means look the other way. Now the rent is real reasonable that's the only good thing
