I am NOT happy with the customer service that my son received this past Saturday. He had driven 6 hours to order a suit for his sister's wedding on May 4th. He arrived at 2:20pm and the lady that was working there said that they stopped doing measurements at 2:15pm and he would have to come back another day. The website states that measurements are taken until 2:45pm on Saturday. My son explained that he had driven 6 hours to order his suit and that he is in surgery every day during the week or on call and could not come back another day. (she didn't care and was rude!) My daughter picked this business because she was trying to support a local business. Apparently, this business could care less if they sale a suit or not! Definitely will not be shopping here again!!

My family has shopped here for many(50+) years and Mr. Hyman always ensured excellent customer service. Today my grandson and I were treated as a nuisance when we visited the store. I don't tolerate rude behavior in sales staff who lack the customer service skills which this business was once known for.

Have never been treated so rudely by a local business as I was here. If you need a suit go somewhere else where they actually appreciate your business.I recommend the Mens Den in Lagrange as they were more than happy to assist me with the purchase of a suit.
