The flowers were put together, absolutely amazingly. My only complaint is that I asked them several times not to call to verify someone was gonna be home that I would ensure they would be because this was supposed to be a a surprise. The recipient my daughter received two calls to verify she was home, ruining the surprise

I ordered an arrangement on Rider's online site on the morning of Jan 23, with the expectation of it being delivered that afternoon to a patient at the hospital in Kinston. I just found out yesterday that it was never delivered. I called Rider's this morning about 11:45 and talked to a frazzled lady who obviously didn't want to talk to or help me. After I explained the problem, she asked several questions and then abruptly said, "We close at 12:00 today so I'll have to call you Monday" and hung up. I don't want to wait till Monday to find out why I spent $97 on an arrangement that was not delivered. This will be my last time patronizing this business.
