        I had a Santa Fe Special burger with chili, onion rings and big Jalapeo pepper slices, cheese, tomato and lettuce. It was HUGE. I had to plan where and how to take a bite. Oh boy! It was one of the very best burgers I have ever eaten. No kidding. It was absolutely delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was ready quickly. Atmosphere was a typical bar and grill and nothing really outstanding. Area of downtown Kinston seemed a bit run down and bordered on sketchy even in the daytime. I would be looking over my shoulder outside the place after dark. Perhaps that's just how Kinston is nowadays. I was just passing through and am not familiar with the area. But if you want an excellent burger while in Kinston -- this is definitely the place. Overall, recommended dining.
