Wow is all I can say! The friendliest staff. Very easy to talk too. His knowledge of firearms blew my mind. Very down to earth. Very polite, honest, respectful, honorable. Will tell you the truth even if it isnt what you wanna hear or if it cost him the sale of the firearm. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. In fact, I purchased two pistols! 1st one was the glock 19 Donald Trump/2nd amendment rights addition and for my wife the pocket 22 short pistol! He also saved me 60 bucks because I was going to buy a 50 round drum for my 9 mm but he told me how aggravating they were and the 33 round straight clip would be so much better saving money. I know Im going on and on about how wonderful this gentleman and his friend treated us but they went above and beyond my next purchase will be from Jacks pond and every purchase after that will be from Jacks pond thank you sir for your kindness, your humbleness and your knowledge

My experience was wonderful, I didnt really know what I wanted but they were very patient, kind and helpful. We all shared laughs while purchasing my first weapon from them, was not only a pleasant experience, but knowledgeable enough that I will be returning for more. Ladies, if you feel nervous about purchasing your first weapon, this is the place to go! They even give you a pink, sassy boutique shopping bag!! I love it! Thanks guys! See ya again soon!

Went in to buy asked to use their restroom was turned down. I gave Ulcerative colitis which is a disability disease. Will never go back
