        I get a call the morning of my check in telling me there is no hot water and it wont be fixed anytime soon. Since I booked with Expedia I immediately cancel and book a different hotel. Expedia wont refund because the hotel manager wont confirm the hot water issue. Im now out $350.

        Very clean, spacious rooms, the shower had the best water pressure I've ever seen (weird I know but it was awesome). Great spot.

        Great location. Courteous staff. The first room was rm 105 smelled like an animal shelter. I just about vomited. Moved to rm 107 and it had a lousy odor too, but not nearly as bad as 107. It has a strong dog odor and smoke. The desk gave me a can of Lysol which I sprayed every inch of the floor. Made the room barely acceptable. I used 12,000 points to stay there, that upset me. The breakfast looked good but neither my wife or I had an appetite after sleeping in dog smell. Note: hotel boasts No Pets. I understand service animals, There should be specific rooms for people with animals, i.e. no carpet is one idea. I could hear dogs. They should always be located on a specific floor to isolate the odor and allergens!
