We have been living in our new home for 4 months and i am upset with my experience because LGI did not give us some items on the contract we signed for. They were accusing us with not looking at our messages or our emails when they are the people not giving us our things. The HOA are complaining about people being loud when the builders have loud music all day long as well as screaming ALL DAY LONG. We have complained about some things in our house that has not been working and the workers come to fix it and do horrible fixing then get upset when we say something.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with LGI. First of all they rush you into a contract, but then take forever to respond to emails and messages. The houses are built fast with no one to really takes time and ensure each home is built with the same standards. My property was built super quick, but no one realized that the AC drain was not in the correct drainage system, causing water to come through the walls and floor. The dryer vent is not sealed and each company blames each other for the error, however no one has fix it. You send emails who are “forwarded” to the managers but no one responds. The site manager is rude and he is always driving reckless with his loud car. There have been complaints about him driving reckless but nothing is done. HOA is excessive and they send out letters and emails about noises made by the neighborhood kids, but the workers have loud music and are constantly yelling throughout the day. They smoke and throw their trash everywhere but HOA is concerned about someone taking the swings. I love owning my place, sad to say everyone has made it so terrible to enjoy this experience.
