I've been to Rest Family Dentistry several times. 2 of those times, after being treated with antibiotics for an abcessed tooth, I told the dentist is was still in pain, gums and face was swollen and if knew it was still infected and needed more antibiotics to get it will before pulling the tooth. I was told it hurt because the tooth was bad. Dentist proceeded to numb the tooth and gums to pull the tooth. My whole face and mouth was numb except the area where the tooth e as. It would not numb because of the infection! I felt every tig, every pull, every tug on that tooth. I was in incredible pain. It took awhile to get it out! Then was sent home with antibiotics but NOTHING for pain. I was told the pain could be managed with ibuprofen now that the tooth was out. This was not true!! The dentist knew I was in severe pain because of my moaning and crying! Nothing for the pain. My face was bruised and my gums we re swollen and throbbing! She walked out of the room after finally getting the tooth out with no apology or concerns for my pain. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND SUGGEST ANYONE NEEDING A DENTIST SHOULD GO ELSEWHERE!!
