Sorry, finishing the review for my wife due to character limits. was told that to still go home with the hydrocodone and if it doesn't help to call them immediately the next day and they would help me with something stronger. Now I could have misheard. I did think it was the dentist that had said that but I was wrong and my husband says the receptionist had told him it. But we called back as soon as this morning because unfortunately I'm just in agony and they picked up the first time and said they would called back. almost an hour passed and we finally called back and got hold of them again. they apologized and as far as I'm aware were going to talk to my primary and call me back? That was a while ago..... it was close to an hour and a half.....I don't know how long these thing take. I'm trying to be reasonable but the excess agony I am in makes everything seem to take millennium..... But we again start calling to understand because I am loosing my mind with the pain amongst all this. and again its all concentrated around my jaw joint and lower jaw bone and ear at this point. we call my primary first and found out the dentists office never got in touch with my doctors office. we tried to contact them after two hours and they refused to pick up the call. In suspicion, we changed phones and called again and got picked up on immediately. at least indicating to me that we were purposely ignored. This was a completely different, very very rude lady. She then proceeded to have a major attitude. I have no idea who that receptionist was but she told us that my "dentists medical license is more important than my well-being" which I understand to an extent but the nuances with this situation...... anywho she got very upset saying my husband doesn't need to be as upset as he is and my husband stated he felt it was very reasonable for him to feel upset about this and she hung up on us. we changed phones again and called and came to talk to the first lovely receptionist lady who was appalled at the behavior of the previous woman. I honestly don't understand what's going on anymore. I just want to not feel like my jaw is broken and like I want to smash my face against a brick wall. My point is..... when you go for your medical things people, please for the love of everything, make sure you completely understand everything that is going on and is going to go on so you're not stuck in a position like this where you're now terrified of the dentist for the first time in your life and wish you never had to go back.... where you find yourself in one of the most painful situations of your life with no seemingly possible way to help and I feel like this pain is driving me insane and there's nothing I can do. This tops my appendix almost bursting..... I'm starting to feel like they view me as a pill seeker and I've never been on pain medication steadily outside of ibuprofen and Tylenol. I just want to not feel like I'm dying.... I don't care how it's done.... I'm just so confused about what I may have done wrong that lead to all this.... Stay safe everyone.... patients and professionals alike.
