The nurses that came to my house were very knowledgeable and professional. I have nothing but high praises for Kacey and Jenna! Kacey went above and beyond and was very proactive for me, the patient. I hated to be discharged. I will miss seeing them!

Less than a one star. They sent a sick nurse to my home who knew she was sick and that I am immune compromised. I spent 2 weeks in the ICU and am still in recovery for the next 3 months. I am on 6 liters of oxygen and plasma infusions every other day to stay alive. Shame on the Do No Harm Nurse and the Company that no doubt gave her no choice but to come to my home so that you could make 110.00. That is what my life was worth to you. I have 6 grandchildren. I am 5* years old. I have suffered tremendously and may never be able to hold my grandchildren again. Was that worth your 110.00. Enjoy it while you can. There is a place in hell for people who make these choices. I know this for a fact because I died several times during that two weeks and was sent back to correct the wrongs that were done so they are not done to any one else. God is watching you. God sees your misdeeds. If you lay your head down on your pillow at night and sleep just know that justice will find you in the end. To anyone who considers trusting a loved one to these monsters, please reconsider. They do not care about your loved one. They care about money. Your money. They make their sick employees go to work sick. Your loved one will get sick and may die. It is a miracle that I survived. Millions of dollars were spent by BCBS to save my life because this company made Sue go to work sick or Sue decided to go to work sick to pay her bills. Either way money was the most import thing not the patient.

This is one company and branch in particular you nurses and therapists need to stay away from! This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my 20 years. The branch manager is as condescending, deceitful, as cold as they come. She will say anything to employ you and then treat you like dirt. She touts "family first" and as she interviews you but then if you actually need to tend to your family she tells you to get a "back-up plan" ... her exact words...Or tells you you can't take your child for a stat spinal fluid draw. There is no respect among staff for each other. There's one physical therapist in particular that kept complaining voraciously about having to supervise assistants and naming them by name in front of me while I was training. They would get up and staff meetings and complain about having to supervise assistants right in front of them. Soooooooo professional. Do yourself a favor and put your family first and do not let these people in your home and don't consider applying for a job with them.!!!
