I reside in the Bermuda Bay area, and this is just one of the communities that is close to the pool for your enjoyment. Nearby activities: Restaurants and many attractions. Safety: Very safe. Walkability: Close to the beach access.

3rd floor bathroom door would not shut. Our feet were black from walking barefoot inside. No customer service available at all . Took days to get a response from them . Had no clue where the pier was to use the code that was given to us because no one told us anything at all as far as where stuff was located . My kids found a condom wrapper laying in the garage where we parked our car . Holes all in the walls that had just been puttied and scraped over and never painted. The pull out bed under the bunk bed was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned. It had stains all over it. The top bunk bed was not usable either it was so wobbly I was scared to let my child sleep on the top of it and it had no ladder . I had to spend money and purchase air mattresss to sleep on . The couch was listed as an extra bed but was in fact just a recliner couch not a bed . The dining room table has a leg almost broke off it and is wobbly. Considering we paid right at $2,500 for 6 days all of it was just not worth it nor was it acceptable. In fact I should receive a refund for having to purchase air mattresses to sleep on .

Noteworthy details: Pool and splash pad were great for kids

Place has a nice splash pad and pool with a slide. Our kids loved it here. Wish they had a hot tub for those days where its too cold to go to the beach.
