I recently had my windshield replaced by this auto glass company, and I must say, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially quoted at $240, the price kept inflating, jumping up to $270 before finally settling at an $318 after the service was completed. But wait, there's more! The technician conveniently forgot to mention the 3 1/2% credit card fee, resulting in an additional charge of $9, bringing the total to a whopping $327. Upon inspecting the work, it was clear that quality was not a top priority for this company. My door panel and hood were left smeared with adhesive residue, which refuses to budge despite my efforts. To add insult to injury, debris was scattered all over my dashboard, as if the technician had decided to redecorate my truck interior with a touch of grime. When I attempted to address these issues with the company, I was met with silence. Despite reaching out multiple times, including contacting the owner directly, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not on their agenda. In conclusion, I wouldn't wish this shoddy service on my worst enemy. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this auto glass company.

They made an appointment with me and then contacted me to ask when the appointment was scheduled for. Then they proceeded to tell me that they were in fact not located in KDH but VB and that they only do Tues and Thurs in KDH after I had made an appointment to meet them on a Friday. Very unprofessional and I'm sure it shows in their work.

Couldn't be happier. Visiting Nags Head for vacation and had my rear window shattered by a landscaping crew. American Auto Glass answered my call, the only local place that did, gave me an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time and repaired my window. Thanks for the great service!
