      Brod Disability Law

      Brod Disability Law helps people obtain benefits they are eligible for through Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and other programs. Some clients are applying for the first time. Others need to appeal denied claims. Still others have been targeted through a review by the Social Security Administration (SSA) of benefits they have been receiving. We bring strong cases for our clients through detailed documentation, preparation and presentation of evidence. Formerly known as Brod & Maury, PLLC, our law firm has been advocating for people with disabilities for more than 30 years. We also represent widows and children of the disabled, when these dependents’ right to benefits are challenged.

      Ann, I don't see that you have ever had a consultation with our firm or been represented by our firm. Nevertheless, we are happy to meet with you and help in any way we can. I have been an attorney for over twenty years and have been practicing disability law for nearly as long. I know a lot of firms make it hard for clients to speak directly to attorneys, which can be frustrating, so I make sure ours have access to me any time, and in fact, spend most of my days talking to and meeting with clients.
