        My overall rating for BCR is a 4.5/5. I have no room to complain bc I got a free rood due to hail damage. The overall process was very good. My biggest complaint is the communication amongst the employees with each other and me. Brandon got involved & was AWESOME! Roofers did a great job and cleaned outside almost perfectly! They told me there would be some dust and dirt in the attic. It was a disaster that took me 2 hrs to clean the part with a floor---couldnt get to anything else bc of the blown in installation. I determined this happened bc we have 1x6x12, not plywood. So it wasn't BCR's fault. I would definitely recommend this roofing company!
