Ronnie Hopkins helped us find our home in Oak Ridge. He went above and beyond. We felt lucky that we had him on our side through the process. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and an experienced realtor makes all the difference. Ronnie paid attention to every detail and brought up things we hadnt even considered. He collected mail before we moved in, met contractors at the property to make sure they did their job, and negotiated a great deal for us. You will not regret working with Ronnie.

There was a house that my boyfriend and I were very interested in that came on the market yesterday. I called the sellers agent office this morning asking to speak with the sellers agent Wess Markowitz. I even spelled his name out. I told them we already had buyers agent options in mind and did not need a buyers agent.. I was told to hold. A male name Fred came on the phone saying that the house could be showed to me. I requested the time at 5pm. I was assuming this was a scheduler for Wess considering I asked for the SELLERS AGENT multiple times on the phone & it was his office I was calling.
An appointment was scheduled around 10:30 this morning and during that time til now the house was put under pending.
I contacted the man who had texted me & asked if the house had already gone under contract and he proceeded to tell me that the showing request was denied by the seller and that we couldnt go see the house but that he could be my buyers agent and asked me what I was looking for.
At this time I realized I had not been speaking with Wess or who I thought to of been a scheduler but another real estate agent who knowing I was looking for the sellers agent falsely led me to believe he was him or a part of his team. I have a ring camera footage of this conversation from where I called this morning.

My boyfriend & I missed out on putting an offer on a home because of misrepresentation.
