Apparently all the dentist have left and they is only one dentist here now. Ive been calling trying to get my appointment rescheduled and its just been a run around game. Dr.Miller has my Invisalign treatment plan and now Im unsure if I will still be able to receive them . So frustrating!

Great place. The staff are all friendly and I love how they work together. I have a new hygienist name Shaunda and she was amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

I would highly recommend this dental group. Even after my dentist left and a new one came in, the level of care has not changed. I always feel comfortable and heard when I go in. As someone with extreme anxiety around dentists, I can say I would always recommend this place.

First off my credit score is very high SCD turned My account over to collections without a phone call, text, correspondence USPS, or email for $49 . The dental work was superb until the female dentist left. The folks pushing the paper are not customer friendly and pay for services not recd. Join me by reporting them to BBB if your account is turned over to collections w/out notice.

Appointments have been cancelled without notice only to have me show up just to be told my appointment was cancelled. I do believe one of the staff members canceled my appointments to teach me a lesson and prove a point because she got ugly with me about me not confirming one of my appointments. I have never cancelled or been a no show for any of my appointments.
Ive also called on a few occasions for separate issues one was a billing issue, another is the fact that its been over four months since I was scanned for my permanent retainer, I finally called to find out what the status is and they have no clue, its like theyre hiding information about the fact that they have no clue as to what the status is because she couldnt even find me in their system, the entire staff was clueless about my recent issue. The front desk female who answered the phone was not professional with me at all and when I finally decided to say something to her about how she was choosing to speak to me, she put me of hold for a VERY long time only to have Brianna her manager get on the phone and double down on the attitude and the cluelessness.
When I called back to speak to the billing department I was told by the front desk phone clerk we already told you earlier today that we need to gather more information and Brianna would call me back about scheduling to which I replied I was calling to talk to someone in billing and not sure how I got routed to her, she put me on hold again and when she got back on the phone repeated we already told you earlier today that we need to gather more information and Brianna would call me back about scheduling and billing because we dont have any information to give you. The billing person and front desk person are apparently the same person now and I didnt realize that. They simply do not care about their patients and have zero customer service skills.
