Wow. Where do I begin? We called Bath Fitters because we just moved into a house and the downstairs shower was a tiny stall. I chose Bath Fitters because of their long time standing and great reputation. The salesman Sam showed up and was just great. He took a lot of time explaining what we could do and added some ideas I didnt think of. I was good with the price and didnt even shop around. So, install day came and they sent Louis the installer. OUTSTANDING!! SUPER nice guy! Very clean worker. He asked me questions during the install so I have several choices as far as fixture placement. He was BEYOND helpful andwella stupendous soul. We are blown away by this bathroom transformation and have been staring at it all day! WELL worth the money! Ive never been more pleased with a home improvement in my life. Oh, and Anita called me early because there was a cancellation! More great news. I would 100% use them again without hesitation. 5 stars? Ha. 100 stars!!! Service: Shower refinishing

Amazing company thats very responsive. We had bathtub and wall liner installed, the installer knew what he was doing, finished the job in one day (left no trace of garbage!). The team then followed up to check in. 110% recommend. Services: Tile work installation, Bathtub replacement
