The one older lady who works the front is an extremely rude person. She never smiles, She looks at you with judgy eyes, and she is very Condescending. Do not use this bank!

Worst bank I've ever dealt with. I have been at this bank and had a checking and savings account for over 7 years (tried so hard to build a relationship). I have a check Wrote out to me from Virginia Credit Union an official check that is printed from the bank. And they can't even cash it. Then tell me funds won't be available for 24 hours and that I will get my funds in a certain amount and on Certain days. What is the point of someone having a check wrote out to someone and you can't even get it cashed. This is NOT a personal check its a certified check from VACU.... Do not worry I am closing every single account here And I will make sure that I and no one else I know does business with you again...

Only open monday through friday and no saturdays. And only open 9-5. How is people suppose to conduct business with this bank with these hours. If you worked 9-5 M-F your basically out of luck.

By far, The best bank I've ever banked with. I will always be a customer of Pinnacle. They are all extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile. Love thus bank!
