        I had a chip in my windshield. I need to get it fixed. I tried other shops but I had to schedule an appt or they hung up on me. Shields had me come over and get the job done. It was great!

        Rock hit the windshield on I-85 in Charlotte around 9 o'clock AM. Wife Googled glass places. Shields is the only one that answered immediately. He said to bring it in. No appointment necessary. Called the State Farm and they worked out the details of the claim with Shields (0 deductible) By the time I got to Shields, they were ready for me. Window was replaced in 30 minutes - including calibrating all the sensors. Had to get the windshield replaced on this vehicle before by another company that took waaay longer. If you need glass work in the Triad, only place to go is Shields.
