High Point Audiological Kernersville

I had my first initial visit today at highpoint audiological. The entire process was very impressive. The staff was warm and friendly. The doctor was kind, thorough and patient. She explained the process in a simplistic manner. The office was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this medical team.

The best customer service Ive ever encountered. Michelle is fantastic and so is her receptionist. I have a new and better hearing aid than my old one. They helped me with the technology. I recommend High Point Audiological to anyone!!

I went to another audiologist first. boy was that a mistake and was referred to Dr Michele, a true professional and Debbie, the receptionist enough can't be said to describe how kind she is. The last place just handed me the hearing aid and told me nothing about them, until I returned them, that is. Dr Michelle spent over an hour at each of my 3 appointments explaining everything. The office is warm and welcoming like the people who work there. l can't say enough to express how pleased I am. I've been to 4 places for 4 other sets of hearing aids in many years and no one even comes close to Dr. Michelle. I'll be going back if I need help but as much to visit such nice people.

Always welcoming and helpful. They are very good at their jobs. They have a full complete product line. They travel and help vets with hearing loss. Cudos!
