      image Did an amazing job. Will be coming back next year. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Very patient with my many questions. UPDATE AUGUST 2023 found out this office switched 2 numbers on my ssn and my return was rejected but Jackson Hewitt never notified me that it was rejected. Now Ive called them 3 times and left messages for them to call me to correct the problem. Its been 3 weeks and I have not received a call back. Very frustrating! Only open on Thursdays and they never call. Now Im stuck trying to fix the problem. They locked my file so other offices cant fix it either grrrrrr!
      Update: March 2024 will never use this company again. Will take your money for insurance but if they make a mistake in preparing your taxes and you get charged for penalties by the irs they wont honor the protection and will give your money you paid for the insurance in stead of paying your penalties as promised.
