Dr. Bobby E. Gibbs, DDS

I have been a patient of dr. Gibbs for over 14 years. He has retired. Today I saw Dr. Dunn. He is amazing. He's the first dentist I have seen since dr. Gibbs. I can not praise this dentist office enough. They help so many people. I hope God continues to bless this wonderful staff. Thank you sooo much.

The staff was great, however Dr Dunn was the absolute worst dentist I've ever had to experience. I had 3 extractions done and dr dunn was careless and just didn't seem to care about his patients at all. No concern for the pain levels he was inducing as he jammed a needle into my jaw right through an abscess and then went right to ripping teeth out. After I got home with my super duper bottle of ibuprofen I bleed for 5 hours. I will never return and I truly hope he takes a little more care in how he treats his patients. Horrible experience aside from the staff

***WARNING..  CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR INFORMATION YOURSELF***   I took my elderly mother there after moving her from out of state.  She needed much care. The check up and cleaning went great. The assistant and Dr. were very nice, but front desk needs some customer service training.  They quickly volunteered to call the insurance to see what she was covered for and provided us with a "Detailed Treatment Plan".  After the 3rd visit, we had a couple of teeth extracted, just to have the claim denied due to a wait period. When I called the office, the person that answered said it was not their problem. It was between us and the insurance company.  (Very poor response). Granted I should have called myself, but if they say they're going to call, then they should take responsibility to communicate coverage properly.  Now I'm going to cover the bill for my poor mom who's on a fixed income.  Because my mom really like the Dr. and the assistant, she wants to continue treatment there for now, but I think I may start looking elsewhere depending what happens in the next couple of weeks. Highly disappointed with the attitude from the front desk.  I'll update this review if there's a favorable change in the situation.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Dunn is very caring for all his patients. The walls are filled with uplifting pictures.

I went to go pay a balance and the receptionist was nowhere to be found. I waited 5 minutes and even called the office to see if they would answer the phone. No one ever did. Terrible experience.
