Attorney did a closing on my home, two different times!! He told my lending institution and I, that we had a clear deed in 2021. Then, in 2022, instead of defending his work, and his client, and my lending institution, he says in all his 35 years of practice, he had never seen such a development. He then says we dont have a clear deed, and he bails out, and doesnt even offer to help prove his initial conclusions. Which leaves my lending institution, and my family and I in an agonizing situation!!
I wouldnt hire him to litigate a parking ticket!! Much less do a closing on a loan, ever again!!
He fails to keep up, and stay educated to the changing laws in his profession!!
You get what you pay for I guess!!
